Who is responsible

Crewless LLC (Wyoming) operates crewless. and is responsible for your account data.

What we collect

Account details (email, business name and contact), the customer, job, quote and invoice records you enter, photos you upload for assessments, and basic usage information.

On our homepage we record anonymous visit steps (for example which sections were viewed and which buttons were clicked) with a random visit ID, country and device type. We do not record names, emails or IP addresses for this.

How we use it

To run the service, show you suggestions, process your subscription, keep accounts secure, and improve crewless. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host the app, process subscription payments, and run AI analysis of photos or text you choose to submit. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can correct your information in the app or ask us to export or delete your account by emailing support@becrewless.com.
