Who we are

crewless. is operated by Crewless LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms are an agreement between you and Crewless LLC.

The service

crewless. helps independent outdoor service contractors schedule work, keep customer records, prepare quotes and invoices, and review suggested follow-up work. Suggestions, including photo-based suggestions, are for you to review; you decide what to quote and send.

Trial and subscription

New accounts get 30 days free with no card required. After that, crewless. costs $29 per month in US dollars, billed monthly through our payment provider, who acts as the reseller and merchant of record.

You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your data

You own your business and customer information. You are responsible for having permission to contact your customers, including by text message. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments you collect

Payments your customers make to you go through the provider you choose (for example Square, Venmo or Zelle). crewless. is not a party to those payments and does not hold your funds.

Acceptable use

Do not use crewless. to send spam, break the law, or upload content you have no right to use.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
